Psychiatry Medical Director Opportunity in Coastal Florida - CPH# JOB-2502922

Job Description

A psychiatry medical director is needed for one of the US top healthcare systems. This mental health faculty has 80 beds where you will be working with an adult and geriatric inpatient population. A fellowship in geriatric psychiatry is a plus, but not required. You will have a Monday to Friday schedule with a light 1:4 weekend call. The group is accepting board certified or board eligible applicants who will become board certified within three years of training. This position will require a current FL license. Final year residents and fellows can apply.

This employed opportunity has a competitive compensation package with bonuses. You will be offered malpractice insurance, medical benefits, ample PTO and CME time, and 401K with matching.

You will enjoy living on the Florida coast just 20 minutes east of Port St Lucie. The town is frequently cited as one of the best small towns to visit in the U. S., in large part because of its proximity to the St. Lucie River and Indian River Lagoon.

At CompHealth, we're experts at matching you with your just-right job. Every step of the way, you'll be supported by specialty teams comprised of tenured professionals. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of our providers and the healthcare communities they serve.
