Nestle Waters North America is currently seeking 3 Summer Engineering Interns to work on a variety of Continuous Improvement projects at our factory in Madison, FL. These paid internships are open for consideration to all engineering students currently in their sophomore senior years.
The projects will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Quality Focus
+ Develop a Compliance Tracking System
+ Review current factory compliance needs
+ Create a database that pulls information from various locations and software programs to input into a current status summary.
+ Create Raw Ingredient Trace System
+ Review current ingredient usage and testing program
+ Develop and implement new tracking system for ingredients
+ Develop standard procedures and train employees on the new process
2. Production Focus
+ Utilize DMAIC (Six Sigma) methodology currently in house to support Line 1
+ Practice measure standards through the filler and packer equipment
+ Documents training and validated standards at the equipment
+ Packaging In-Feed center lining project
+ Implement Line 1 Kister standards across all production lines
+ DPMO Tracking Project
+ Standardization, training and automation project (will require PLC support)
+ Line Lube/Conveyor Friction Application Consistency Project
+ Eliminate timers and transition to data usage
+ Miscellaneous Projects
+ Facilities/Janitorial PM Plan (needed, routine work)
+ 5S Project in Daily Operations Review (DOR) Room, Ops/Warehouse and TPM Training Center
+ Strong communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Are self-starters who are results-oriented and exhibit responsibility, creativity and intellectual curiosity.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
