Purpose of the Position
Duties include participating as a team member in a high-volume manufacturing environment by timely and accurately staging and unloading of raw materials per expected foods and production requirements. Technicians must maintain the warehouse in an organized and clean manner to ensure safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Interact with warehouse team members, production and quality control to mazimize output efficiency, quality and safety and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to all required safety requirements
Adhere to all factory and department policies and procedures
Timely and accurate loading and unloading of tractor-trailer trucks per pick ticket requirements
Troubleshoot equipment problems, make basic repairs and document adjustments
Prepare and continuously document all reporting requirements accurately and timely
Interact with warehouse team members, production and quality control to maximize output efficiency, quality and safety
Conduct all required end of shift procedures and changovers to accommodate production demands
Communicate all production outages through established channels (1.e. Fast Track/debriefs, work request, shift changes
Track all required documentation
Manage relationship with peers and teammates to insure achievement of departmental and plant goals
Complete any and all assigned work by Leadership
Possess understanding of basic mathematics (multiplication, divison, averages and percentage calculations)
Possess strong communication skills
Carry out good housekeeping and sanitation in workstation
Have the ability the solve problems in independent and team setting
Possess a basic computer knowledge (e.g. Excel, Word; SAP Desired)
Follow plant standards and execute recycle program including operation of grinder and balers
Maintain First In, First Out practices
Key Interfaces
Raw material handlers interact with the line resource, planning team members, production team members, quality assurance, and warehouse team members to improve and maximize plant efficiency, quality and safety
Participate in self driven improvement groups and use troubleshooting tools

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
