Madison is a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that offers both private and semi-private rooms.
Our facility offers a wide range of amenities and services specializing in short-stay rehabilitation and long-stay care.
Our Madison staff is dedicated to improving the functional ability of each individual.

Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License by the State Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred #2023 Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Nursing Nursing Home Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
